Jessica joined the Nice Floors team in 2020, with several years of retail flooring customer service and wholesale flooring sales experience. She grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University in 2005. Jessica takes great pride in helping her customers find the best floor for their families at the best possible price, and is very creative when it comes to finding solutions to any problems thrown her way. In her spare time, when she isn’t thinking about flooring, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and listening to endless hours of her favorite band, Lord Huron.
Customer Service Specialist
A business professional with several years of sales experience specializing in building long lasting customer relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Certificate in Conflict Management. She takes pride in building her career with Nice Floors and works diligently to achieve customer satisfaction by assisting them with finding and obtaining quality floors. Steve has been in the warehouse and receiving for over 20 years. He has been a warehouse and receiving manager in the flooring industry now for 5 years. He is married to wife Sherry and they have one child. He enjoys being a bi-vocational minister, spending time with family and antique cars.
Chief Operation Officer
Ashley began working with Chris in 2009 on a non-flooring passion project of his. He came to her in 2012 with an idea to launch a website to ship floors all over the country. She got on board with helping Chris develop a website to enable customers all over the country to get great value and great service when purchasing floors and has never looked back. She loves helping customers shop for the right floor for their home and “getting scrappy” to help customers find any savings she can to get them the Nice Floors they’ve always wanted, within their budget.
President
Chris has been in the flooring industry for 36 years. He started out as a road rep for carpet, made his way to become an installer, sand and finish artisan, and eventual retail business owner of River City Flooring, in Louisville, KY. Began in 1997. He now owns and operates River City Flooring locally in Louisville and started Nice Floors in 2013 with a vision of bringing first quality floors to the masses, shipping floors all over the country. His vision continues to put Nice Floors ahead of others when it comes to quality service, products, and price.

Cindy has worked in the administrative division of the flooring industry for over 30 years and has been working for River City for 11 years in the purchasing department.
Accounts Payable
Dana has worked here for 5 years. She and her husband enjoy all things UofL. She has 2 grown children and a grandson that she loves spending time with. Tennis, beach or ballgames are some of her favorite things to do.
Estimater
Been in the flooring business for 21 years. Born and raised in Louisville and have never lived elsewhere. I am single and all my children have 4 legs. Enjoy spending time with the fur babies, working in my landscaping, spending time with family and friends, and getting out of town whenever possible.
Sales
Over 35 years in the flooring industry including wholesale, retail, commercial, builder, and multi-family. He and his wife lived in five different states before returning back to Louisville with their grown son. Graduate of Trinity High School and Western Ky University. Outside interests include golf, watching sports, barbecuing, and spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Louisville, KY. Graduate of Trinity High School (2015) and the University of Kentucky (2019). Married to wife McKenzie for almost a year and are expecting our first child in late June. Avid football fan, mainly NFL, and a die hard New England Patriots fan. Enjoy going to ball games and spending time with friends and family.
